Rules of Ceylon Bathulmal Fund

Section 6(1) of Ceylon Baithulmal Fund Law empowers the Fund to make Rules in respect of:

• The admission, withdrawal or expulsion of members;
• For the conduct of the duties of the Committee of Management and of the various officers, agents and servants of the Fund;
• For the procedure in the transaction of the business; and
• Otherwise generally for the management of the affairs of the Fund and the accomplishment of the Fund's Objects.
