CBF MONTHLY DISTRESS APPEALS

This fund caters to people in distress, requiring assistance with urgent house repairs, medical conditions, financial hardships, funding for start-up of small businesses etc. Requests are carefully looked into and a maximum of Rs 10,000 per person is awarded.  The current budgeted annual costs for this scheme is Rs 1,200,000. The demand for this assistance is also very high and unfortunately we have to turn down or limit amounts offered to many deserving cases, due to budgetary constraints. Based on requests and current economic situations, we would like to increase both the amount and the number of contributions made per month.

Why not consider assisting one or more of these poor muslims to overcome their misery. Under the current conditions, a donation of US$500 can easily help five families  out of their miseries.
